Forced induction creates extra heat and pressure that wears down electrodes faster, so if you're driving a turbocharged engine, expect the lower end of the mileage ranges regardless of what plug material is installed. I tell customers with turbo Ecoboosts, WRXs, or turbo four-cylinder crossovers to plan on checking plugs a good 20-30% earlier than the "book" number for a naturally aspirated engine.
